1. Scope

These Terms govern brightminolutions.com and the purchase of curated tour packages to the Maldives and the UAE. Operated by brightminolutions.com, LLC, EDRPOU 81354333, Horizon Business Center, 12 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01030, Ukraine.

By booking or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Contract

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A contract forms only on written confirmation. We publish provider, service, payment, delivery, and cancellation terms per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023.

3. Price and Payment

Prices are in the currency at checkout, including taxes unless stated. Payment methods are on the Website. We are a single tax payer; VAT is optional.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the package and are shown before booking. Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023 you may be entitled to a refund if the service is not provided or is improper.

For travel services we comply with Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995, disclosing operator/agent details, program, price, risks, and license data. Tour operator activity is licensed under Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' of 2 March 2015.

5. Liability

We are liable for proper performance under these Terms and law. We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Website Use and Data

The Website and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Use is for personal, non-commercial purposes. Advertising is identifiable and complies with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996. We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' of 1 June 2010; cookies that identify users require prior consent. See the Privacy Policy.
